Premier League giants Chelsea are reportedly considering to sell Jorginho in a bid to fund Declan Rice’s move this summer.
The 28-year-old has a deal with the Blues until 2023 but he appears to be one of the players Frank Lampard is likely to offload before the start of a new campaign.
Although they have already completed the signing of Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner, they are not done in the transfer market just yet.
SunSport quoting The Telegraph claims the Stamford Bridge outfit will use the funds from Jorginho’s sale fund Rice’s deal.
Despite making 31 appearances in the Premier League for the Blues’ last campaign, Lampard doesn’t seem to have him in his plan next term.
Meanwhile, Chelsea former boss Maurizio Sarri has been tipped to reunite with his former player at the Allianz Stadium.
